This project involved performing comprehensive manual software testing for a pharmaceutical ERP system used by Sanofi-Aventis to manage medicine production, inventory, and distribution processes. The ERP platform supports critical pharmaceutical operations including medicine master data management, batch tracking, stock management, order processing, and reporting. The objective of the testing process was to ensure the system operates reliably, maintains data accuracy, and complies with pharmaceutical operational standards. My responsibilities included reviewing business requirements, preparing detailed test scenarios and test cases, executing functional testing across ERP modules, and validating system workflows such as medicine registration, batch creation, inventory updates, purchase orders, and distribution records. Key testing activities included: Functional testing of ERP modules UI and workflow validation Data validation for medicine and batch records Regression testing after system updates Bug identification, documentation, and tracking All defects were documented with proper severity and reproduction steps to support efficient issue resolution by the development team. This testing process helped ensure the ERP system maintained data integrity, process accuracy, and stable performance, supporting efficient pharmaceutical operations and medicine supply management.
