Can the chatbot answer from my own documents and website?
Yes - that is the core of it. I process your PDFs, help docs, product pages or website into a vector database so the bot answers only from your content. This is what stops it inventing answers.
Which AI models do you use?
GPT (OpenAI), Claude, Gemini, Llama and open-source models. I recommend based on your accuracy needs and budget. For privacy-sensitive data I can deploy an open model on your own infrastructure.
Who pays for the AI usage and API costs?
You do, directly to the provider, using your own API key. I set the account up with you. This keeps your running cost transparent and means you are never dependent on me to keep the bot alive.
Will it work on my WordPress, Shopify or Wix site?
Yes. Installing cleanly on live sites is my background - 20 years of front-end work and hundreds of reviews on website bug fixing. Your layout will not break.
What happens when the bot does not know an answer?
It gives a controlled fallback reply and then either captures the visitor's details, opens a contact form, or hands off to you by email, Slack or WhatsApp. It never guesses. Included from Standard up.
Can I update the content myself later?
Yes. Premium includes an admin panel where you upload or edit content and the bot re-learns. Standard includes a documented re-upload process so you are not locked to me.
Can it also run on WhatsApp, Telegram or Slack?
Yes - included in Premium, or add it to any package as an extra. One knowledge base, multiple channels.
What do you need from me to start?
Your website URL, any FAQs or PDFs you want it trained on, the tone you want, and what should happen when it cannot answer. That is usually enough to begin.
