I’m a Machine Learning Engineer who enjoys working with data, computer vision, and advanced transcriptomics to solve real problems. I like finding patterns, improving models, and turning ideas into working solutions that make sense.
I bring deep bioinformatics experience across bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, and ATAC-seq, handling full end-to-end workflows from raw data processing to differential analysis, integration, and clear biological interpretation. My focus is writing clean code, explaining things clearly, and building pipelines and projects that are easy to use, and reproduce.
