Yes, it can. Just inbox your query and will design your simple to complex products.
What if i don't have a technical drawing for the product?
No issue. You can explain your idea and draw it on a piece of paper. That would be enough for the design.

What if i don't have a software on which you will design, so how can i review the prototype?
Well, i can export in multiple files for you including ".STEP" file which is universal and any 3D software can open it. If this doesn't help then i can create a video from my phone/screen record where every important part of the design can be visualized.
