I’m working with Giving Compass as a UX Advisor and UI/UX Designer, supporting the platform’s mission to make philanthropy more accessible, informed, and actionable. The product serves a diverse audience, including donors, foundations, and nonprofit organizations, which brings unique challenges in usability, content structure, and decision-making clarity. One of the primary challenges was managing content-heavy experiences without overwhelming users. The platform contained valuable insights, articles, and data, but users often struggled to navigate, discover relevant information, and take meaningful action. My role involved auditing existing user flows, identifying friction points, and advising on UX strategy, information architecture, and content hierarchy. I redesigned key screens and interaction patterns to improve discoverability, readability, and engagement, ensuring users could move smoothly from learning to action. I worked closely with internal stakeholders to align UX improvements with business goals while maintaining accessibility, inclusivity, and clarity. Through thoughtful design systems, refined layouts, and data-informed decisions, the platform became easier to navigate, more engaging, and better aligned with real user needs.

I worked as a UI/UX Designer on AVIRIS, a mobile & desktop antivirus application focused on intelligent threat protection, system optimization, and AI-driven security insights. The product included multiple complex modules such as Virus Scan, Real-Time Protection, Quarantine, VPN, AI Analytics, Optimizer, Windows Protection, and Device Management. One of the key challenges was transforming highly technical security data into a clear, user-friendly interface without overwhelming non-technical users. The existing structure lacked visual hierarchy, consistency, and intuitive navigation, which made critical actions harder to find and understand. I redesigned the overall information architecture, introduced a modular dashboard system, and created a scalable design system to maintain consistency across all features. Special focus was placed on threat visibility, alert clarity, and user trust by using clean layouts, clear status indicators, and contextual guidance. I closely collaborated with product managers and developers to align UX decisions with real security workflows, ensuring that scanning results, protection alerts, and system health data were both actionable and easy to interpret. The final design improved usability, reduced cognitive load, and supported multi-language and subscription-based user flows.

I worked as a UI/UX Designer on VIZImeet, a mobile application built for the U.S. audience, focused on helping people connect, meet, and form meaningful friend groups based on shared interests and locations. The main challenge was designing a trust-driven and intuitive social experience where users could easily discover connections, create groups, and interact without friction. Early flows were complex and required simplification to support quick onboarding and engagement. I redesigned key user flows, improved onboarding, and created clean, friendly interfaces optimized for mobile usage. Special attention was given to accessibility, clarity, and interaction patterns that felt natural for a U.S.-based user base.
