Ph.D. Chemical Engineer with 9+ years in laboratory operations, quality management, and software development. I help testing and calibration laboratories become ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited — and I build the custom LIMS software that keeps them compliant. I've done this for real, not just on paper. Over 6+ years I built a PNAC-accredited (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) analytical lab at BECS Analytics from the ground up across two facilities — leading it through full accreditation and multiple scope expansions in food/feed, water/wastewater, and fertilizer testing. ISO 17025 services: Quality Manual, SOPs, work instructions, and controlled records mapped to every clause of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 — plus gap analysis, method validation, measurement uncertainty, internal audits, and CAPA systems to get you accreditation-ready. LIMS development: I design and build custom Laboratory Management Systems (React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma) — sample tracking, client management, role-based access, multi-facility support, and automated reporting. I built an 11-module LIMS in production myself.
