I worked with Wojo Media for over 3 years, where I managed and scaled paid media operations across Meta, Google, and TikTok. During this time, I handled $150,000–$450,000 in monthly ad spend while overseeing and optimizing 20+ active ad accounts across multiple industries. In addition to hands-on media buying, I led a cross-functional team of 12, including designers, copywriters, developers, and account managers. I was responsible for campaign strategy, performance analysis, creative direction, and scaling decisions, ensuring alignment between ads, funnels, and revenue goals. I also managed GoHighLevel (GHL) landing pages, CRM workflows, and automation systems to improve lead quality, follow-ups, and overall conversion rates. A significant part of my role involved conversion rate optimization (CRO) across funnels to maximize ROAS and lifetime value. On the technical side, I was responsible for advanced tracking and attribution, including Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs, and event tracking, ensuring accurate data for optimization and reporting. My focus was always on building scalable systems, protecting efficiency while scaling, and turning ad spend into predictable, profitable growth.
