How do you "describe the social media kit"?
A social media kit is a digital kit that comprises the different sizes, designs needed for all your social media.
How do you describe "Source File"?
If you hire any other designer in future he can easily resize or edit your logo with the help of this file.
Will the watermark disappear from the logo?
Yes once the order is approved it will be removed from the logo. It is only to protect logo from theft.
Can i ask to redesign my logo again?
If I designed the logo correctly as per the information provided by you then I will charge extra amount for redesigning but if I designed it completely wrong based on your information then I will redesign it.
How do you describe "initial logo concept"?
I will send multiple concepts to you in which you will have to select one and we will work further on that to design one final logo. Initial concepts are like samples or the idea for you that how your logo can look like in different concepts
What if I lose final logo file after receiving it from you?
If I deliver project File to you after completing the order and after that, if you delete or lose your file in your laptop accidentally or mistakenly I will no longer be responsible for that. You have to keep save your files on your laptop its your responsibility.
