KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ➢ Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications. ➢ Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and project milestones. ➢ Prepare and maintain project schedules, bar charts, and progress reports ➢ Conduct technical site inspections and resolve on-site construction issues ➢ Review and verify shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals ➢ Manage site documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, inspection requests, and work permits ➢ Monitor manpower and equipment deployment to optimize productivity ➢ Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. ➢ Develop and maintain BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis for civil works ➢ Prepare and evaluate Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and variation orders ➢ Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial forecasts ➢ Preparation of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates based on drawings and specifications ➢ Verification and certification of IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates) and subcontractor bills ➢ Preparing rate analysis for new and variation items as per site requirements ➢ Keep and forward to head office a good record of daily progress reports to include weekly meeting minutes. ➢ Report technical and administrative issues to head office regularly. Estimate of Daily base required Materials. ➢ Set out the exact positions of buildings, roads, and utilities according to the design. ➢ Use survey equipment (like total stations or Auto level) to ensure the layout is correct and meets design specifications.
