I started my role as a Data Entry Clerk and gradually took on broader responsibilities across multiple areas of the business. Over time, I managed webmail, developed and maintained websites using WordPress and Elementor, created social media posts, and became involved in app-related tasks. I worked closely with developers by testing applications, identifying bugs, suggesting improvements, and coordinating with the development team to implement ideas effectively. For the past year, I have also been managing Airbnb guest communication and support, ensuring smooth operations and timely assistance. I am available most of the time to provide reliable, hands-on support and manage day-to-day business tasks efficiently.
