How long does it take to remove malware?
Most sites are cleaned within 2-4 hours of starting. Complex infections may take up to 24 hours.
What access do you need from me?
WordPress admin login + hosting cPanel/FTP access. I'll send you a secure checklist after order.
We only have FTP access, is that enough?
Yes, FTP + database access is enough. WordPress admin is preferred but not required.
What if malware comes back after you clean it?
I offer a re-infection support (28/45/90 days by package). If it returns, I fix it free.
Will I lose any data or content during cleanup?
No. I take a full backup before touching anything and restore content if needed.
