Developed an end-to-end customer churn prediction system using the Telco Customer Churn dataset. Performed data cleaning, exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and preprocessing before training multiple machine learning models including Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and XGBoost. Evaluated model performance using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, ROC-AUC, and confusion matrix. Built a predictive model to identify customers at risk of churning and generated insights to support customer retention strategies using Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
