Designed and built a two-bot Telegram platform (ISHONCH USTA) for home-service order management across Tashkent's housing-management districts (JEKs). Key contributions: Architected a shared database system connecting a client-facing bot and a separate master/service-provider bot Implemented automated order routing filtered by district and service category Built a role-based admin system (district-level admins + super-admin) Developed payment-split logic (80% to service provider, 20% platform commission) Deployed the system on a dedicated Linux VPS Led infrastructure migration from SQLite to PostgreSQL and from polling to webhook mode for scalability Currently running a pilot phase with multiple district partners in Tashkent
