Yes. To manage your inventory and process orders, I will need "Staff Access" with limited permissions. You can safely invite me through your Shopify settings using my email address.
Can you handle high-volume order days?
Absolutely. With my professional background in warehouse inventory, I am used to managing high-stakes stock levels. For very large batches (100+ orders), please message me first so we can adjust the delivery time.
Do you communicate via Slack or Trello?
Yes! I can integrate into your existing team workflow. I am comfortable using Slack for daily updates, "blocker" alerts, and coordination to ensure your operations run smoothly.
What if I have a custom inventory spreadsheet?
No problem. I am proficient in data management and can sync your Shopify store with external Excel or Google Sheets to ensure your counts are always accurate.
Can you handle product returns or customer emails?
My primary focus is on Operations and Inventory. While I handle the technical side of order processing and fulfillment, I do not provide direct customer "help desk" support (answering buyer emails) at this time.
