Overall I was expecting a little more of a polished product for the price. What was delivered is adequate, but not really what I expected.

Joan is the consummate professional vendor. She is courteous, patient, professional, and most of all very talented in her efforts. I have commissioned her on two occasions, and both have resulted in outstanding outcomes; exactly what my mind could imagine, but my skill set cannot begin to achieve. Joan makes thoughts become reality.
