started my agency in July 2023 after noticing a common problem: clients didn’t just need another freelancer to edit their videos—they needed a reliable post-production partner with a proper system and team behind them. So instead of focusing only on editing, I built The Visuals Lab around systems, consistency, strategy, and results. Our goal is to create content that doesn’t just look good, but helps our clients generate more leads, sales, and business. I started by editing every project myself. Today, I lead a team of editors and manage the overall client experience, production systems, quality control, and delivery. My role has evolved from being the person who edits the videos to building and managing the system that consistently delivers them.

I joined Spacer Media Group as a Junior Video Editor and progressed through the ranks to Senior Video Editor and Team Lead, taking on increasing responsibility across both creative production and team management. During my time there, I worked on video projects for local clients across multiple industries, including weddings, restaurants, and real estate. My responsibilities included video editing, storytelling, color correction, sound design, and preparing content for social media and marketing purposes. As a Team Lead, I was responsible for leading a production team of 20+ people, coordinating workloads, maintaining editing standards, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring projects were completed according to client requirements and deadlines. Key Highlights: - Progressed from Junior Video Editor → Senior Video Editor → Team Lead - Led and coordinated a 20+ member production team - Edited wedding, restaurant, and real estate content - Managed quality control and project delivery - Collaborated with clients and internal teams to understand creative requirements - Helped maintain consistent production standards across multiple projects This experience gave me a strong foundation not only in video editing but also in team leadership, production management, quality control, and client delivery.
