Do I need to give you my server credentials?
Yes, temporary access (SSH or remote desktop) is needed to diagnose and fix the issue directly. I never keep credentials after delivery, rotate your keys afterward for peace of mind.
What if the issue isn't in your list?
Message me the error before ordering Basic if you're not sure it's covered — for anything covered above, just order and send the error, no need to wait for a reply.
Can you fix Clawdbot or Moltbot too?
Yes — same underlying system, different name. Covered under all packages.
What if you can't fix it?
