During my time as a Technical Management Trainee at Abul Khair Group, one of Bangladesh's largest conglomerates, I worked extensively with Excel to consolidate data from multiple manufacturing units into unified, large-scale spreadsheets. My daily responsibilities included preparing key operational reports such as performance metrics, daily production reports, power and material consumption tracking, and cost analysis. I also conducted feasibility analyses for proposed process modifications, helping management evaluate the practicality and impact of operational changes. This role sharpened my ability to work with large, multi-source datasets, build structured reporting systems, and deliver accurate, decision-ready insights under tight daily deadlines.
