I appreciated Muhammad's professionalism and patience. The final formatting was very good. There were some unusual spacing issues in my manuscript that ended up requiring a few rounds of communication to fix. I think it would help customers in the U.S. if Muhammad would communicate his working hours as the 12-hour time difference can be difficult.
