Can you help with both local and cloud-based systems?
Yes. Whether it’s a personal PC, dedicated server, or VPS in the cloud, I can optimize and secure it. Hybrid environments are welcome in Premium packages.
Do you need admin or root access to work on my system?
Yes. I’ll need admin rights for Windows or SSH/root access for Linux/servers. Without proper access, system-level optimization isn't possible.
Will you install any third-party tools or software?
Only if necessary — and I’ll always ask first. Most of the work is done using built-in tools, scripts, or open-source utilities to clean, optimize, or secure your system.
What kind of security hardening do you provide?
I can configure your firewall, secure your SSH access, remove unnecessary services, check for vulnerabilities, and apply essential patches and updates. I’ll also recommend best practices for ongoing protection.

What if I don’t know what’s wrong with my system?
No problem — I’ll perform a full diagnostic scan and identify the root cause. This is included in all packages.
Will I get a report of what was done?
Yes — all packages include a written summary, and Standard or Premium includes a detailed PDF. Premium also comes with a live walkthrough (Zoom or video) if needed.
