This project involved helping a real estate developer run fully compliant Facebook ads targeting Singaporean investors,something they had struggled with for years. Before working with me, the client faced constant ad account restrictions, repeated disapprovals, and Business Manager issues that prevented them from advertising successfully. Their previous attempts to run housing ads often caused Facebook to block their account entirely. I began by rebuilding their entire Meta Business infrastructure from scratch. This included creating a clean Business Portfolio, setting up a new Ads Manager, assigning asset permissions properly, and completing full Meta Business Verification for Singapore’s housing category. I also assisted them in verifying their beneficiary and payer details, company documentation, and all regulated information required for Singapore property ads. Next, I created 100% Meta-compliant ad copy, headlines, and ad creatives—removing risky claims and replacing them with policy-safe phrasing. I structured campaigns under the correct Special Ad Category (Housing), ensuring zero disapprovals. Additionally, I helped them configure WhatsApp Business, connect HubSpot CRM to Meta, and resolve data-tracking issues. Since then, I have successfully managed their campaigns for three months across seven Fiverr orders. Their ads now run smoothly without restrictions
