I never got my logo delivered. I asked for an extension, which was granted and used that he was watching the World Cup as one of the reasons why it was late. The order was marked as very late.. Decided to send me a "final update" via messages once I tried to give my feedback he just decided to not reply

The output is unacceptable. Despite clear references, the work is a generic AI result, which is exactly what we hired a freelancer to avoid. It doesn't reflect 11 days of effort or the agreed value.
