Pull request made to upgrades the Jaeger tracing backend in the OpenTelemetry Android demo app from version 1.60 to 1.76.0, and documents the update and its verification. The upgrade is confirmed to be backward compatible, production ready, and fully automated for future updates via Renovate. All tests passed, and no breaking changes were detected. Jaeger Version Upgrade Updated the Jaeger Docker image in demo-app/compose.yaml from jaegertracing/all-in-one:1.60 to jaegertracing/all-in-one:1.76.0, with the new SHA-256 digest for immutability.
