FAQ
Which versions and editions of Odoo do you work with?
With over 13 years of experience, I am highly proficient in both Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise editions. I work with all versions, from older legacy systems (Odoo 11+) up to the latest releases.
Why do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Every business has unique workflows. Discussing your specific requirements first allows me to determine the exact scope of work, provide an accurate timeline, and offer a custom price, ensuring there are no misunderstandings.
Can you migrate my data from my old software into Odoo?
Yes. I can safely export, clean, and migrate your historical data—including customers, vendors, products, inventory counts, and accounting records—from Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, or legacy software into your new Odoo database.
Do I need my own server for Odoo?
ou have multiple options. If you already have a cloud server (AWS, DigitalOcean, Google Cloud) or use Odoo.sh, I can deploy it there. If you don't have hosting yet, I can guide you on the best infrastructure for your business size and set it up from scratch.
Do you build custom modules from scratch?
Absolutely. If the default Odoo apps do not cover your specific business logic, I can develop custom modules or use Odoo Studio to create tailored workflows, custom fields, and new functionalities just for you.
Will you provide support and training after the project is finished?
Yes! A successful ERP launch requires user adoption. I provide post-launch functional and technical training for your team, as well as ongoing support and bug-fixing packages to ensure your system runs smoothly.
Can you integrate Odoo with third-party APIs?
es, I can integrate Odoo with external payment gateways, shipping providers, SMS gateways, e-commerce platforms (like Shopify or WooCommerce), and other specialized third-party software.
