IT Support Engineer — Sequential Soft LLC Support and administer ICG ERP/POS and HioPos Cloud POS solutions. Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot POS terminals, printers, barcode scanners, payment terminals and related peripherals. Manage ERP/POS users, permissions, products, pricing, promotions and inventory configurations. Troubleshoot application, connectivity and system issues between POS terminals and centralized systems.
