What format will I receive?
You will receive an organized and editable Excel spreadsheet. Standard and Premium packages may also include annotated PDF drawings according to the selected package.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers corrections within the original drawings and agreed scope. New drawings, design changes, additional trades, or an increased project size require an extra service or custom offer.
Do you provide stamped engineering documents?
No. This service is for budgeting and planning only. Engineering design, structural calculations, stamped drawings, permits, ART, and professional engineering certifications are not included.
