Immediate response to my initial inquiry, first review image sent with an hour and after final approval the delivery was the next day. I dont really know what could have made this a better experience- Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, this was a very difficult experience. After deciding the logo work was not satisfactory, I requested cancellation/refund multiple times, but the requests continued to be declined and the funds were held for an extended period.
