👋 Hi, I’m Nataliia, a Ukrainian-grown, Chile-based coach and mentor. After 12 years in tech leadership and 5 years mentoring people around the world, I’ve become deeply curious about human development, the choices we make, and the systems that shape us. My own nonlinear path has taught me a lot about change, self-trust and choosing what comes next. Today, I help mid-career professionals do the same through reflective, transformational coaching grounded in systems thinking and intentional growth.
