Senior Architect – JM Architects February 2022 – Present | Full-time I am working as a Senior Architect at JM Architects, where I manage architectural design, planning, and BIM-based project development for residential and commercial projects. My role focuses on converting client ideas into practical, functional, and aesthetically strong architectural solutions while ensuring compliance with construction standards, local regulations, and project deadlines. I actively participate in all project phases, including concept development, design detailing, technical documentation, and construction coordination. I specialize in preparing accurate architectural drawings using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring clarity and precision for construction execution. My work includes developing BIM models, coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and maintaining drawing consistency throughout the project lifecycle. I also focus on space planning and design optimization to create efficient, user-friendly, and visually balanced layouts. Alongside technical responsibilities, I collaborate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure clear communication, smooth workflow, and timely project delivery.
