Neil was very helpful and patient with my request to help me make an account to buy concert tickets with! Hopefully, I’ll be able to attend and he’ll help me until the day of event just in case something happens, I will be coming back to him for any other things I need help with in Japan!

Neil is great. Worked with him twice now. The first time he was able to secure me tickets to an event that was happening in Tokyo and met up with me in person to deliver them while I was on my trip in Japan. The second time he was able to buy me a product exclusive to Japan and ship it to me in my home country. Both transactions were amazing.
