I help US nonprofit founders answer that question and prepare the paperwork, from state registration, EIN applications and bylaws to 501c3 tax exemption applications using Form 1023 or 1023-EZ. I also prepare Form 990 filings and state annual reports. When you’re ready to seek funding, I research grants that fit your program and write proposals around the funder’s priorities.
