The client approached me with a strong product line but no structured online store. Their initial setup lacked branding consistency, had poor product presentation, and didn’t build trust with potential customers. I started by understanding their target audience and brand direction. I then designed a clean, modern Shopify store with a focus on visual hierarchy, consistent color usage, and strong product storytelling. I restructured the homepage to highlight best-selling items, improved navigation for easier browsing, and optimized product pages with clearer descriptions and call-to-actions. I also ensured full mobile responsiveness and optimized loading speed to reduce drop-offs. After launch, the brand had a much more professional online presence, which helped increase customer trust and engagement. The improved structure made it easier for visitors to browse and complete purchases, supporting the client’s early growth.
