If you ever need help with modeling you can contact me, i will make your 2d ideas into 3d models, i can also create from zero as you may request.
With the BASIC package you can get a basic 3D of a small floor plan you may have, or from a 2d plan, you'll get renders of it in PNG, JPG, PDF and with 5$ extra you can get the source file in skp and a faster delivery.
With the STANDARD package you get a 3D with more detailing and size, you'll get renders of it in PNG, JPG, PDF, and you'll get the source file in rvt or skp (based on the project). with 5$ extra you can get a faster delivery.
With the PREMIUM package i can make an advanced 3d with detailing from zero based on your criteria or a big drafting in 3d of a floor plan you may have, you'll get high quality renders and the source file in rvt or skp.
Note: if you want a bigger and better 3d i might ask for more $, so please contact me and based on your request i'll give you a price

I'm an Architect from Venezuela. I am an expert in 3d modeling using programes like: AutoCAD + Revit + Sketchup + Vray + Photoshop.
I've done translation works for unbabel and i've done autocad and revit works independantly
I've also been an online worker for 2 years in a canadian company that attends worldwide customers.
I use google sheets on a daily basis to organize all the information as well as calculating sales, stock, revenue and others.
