I have handled complete export documentation and shipment processes for international buyers. My responsibilities include: • LC checking and compliance • Proforma Invoice & Commercial Invoice preparation • Packing List, EXP, UD & Insurance documents • B/L draft checking and final confirmation • Coordination with buyers, banks, forwarders & shipping lines • HS Code, customs compliance & export procedures • Shipment follow-up and post-shipment documentation I always ensure accuracy, on-time delivery, and full compliance with buyer and bank requirements.
