À propos de moi
I build AI automations that remove manual routine from business processes: lead qualification, request routing, support and reporting. I design end-to-end workflows in n8n with OpenAI API, Google Workspace, Telegram Bot API and CRM integrations. I build AI agents with memory and structured JSON outputs, plus logging, error handling and fallback logic so systems run without supervision. Recent results: critical ticket response time cut from about 11 hours to minutes; 24/7 lead qualification automated; about 15 daily manual requests removed.... Plus d’infos

I design and build end-to-end AI automations in n8n with the OpenAI API. Typical work: classifying and routing incoming requests with priority and owner assignment, chatbots that qualify leads or answer support questions from a client's own materials, CRM and calendar integrations over REST APIs and webhooks, and automated reporting. Every build includes logging, error handling and fallback logic so it runs without supervision, and is handed over with documentation.
