Built and maintained a multi-system n8n automation infrastructure ("Mother Brain") for a coaching and advisory business, handling call transcript processing, SOP generation, and internal reporting end-to-end. The client recorded dozens of client calls weekly across Advisory, Sales, and Coaching categories but had no scalable way to turn them into usable documentation or actionable follow-ups. Manual note-taking was slow, inconsistent, and didn't scale with call volume. I designed a system that automatically ingests call transcripts, routes them by call type, and generates branded SOP documents, client follow-up emails, and Notion-based knowledge bases — all with zero manual intervention. Key builds included a vector-searchable SOP retrieval bot (Telegram/Slack), an automated EOD reporting system, and a deduplication layer to prevent duplicate processing across calls.
