We needed to make a small change to a voice over that Nikki had made for us 6 months previously, due to a change of spec in the final product when it finally arrived. Nikki's voices are varied, full of character, and really bring a project to life! She was always incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful, and was prompt in delivering both the original order and one revision.
