Which package should I choose?
The right package depends on the number of pages, features, design complexity, and your business goals. Send me your requirements before ordering, and I will recommend the most suitable package without adding unnecessary services.
What do you need from me to start?
Please provide your website goals, preferred style, page list, logo, text, images, and any reference websites you like. If you already have hosting or WordPress installed, I may also need temporary project access.
Do I need to share my main username and password?
No. For security, please create a temporary WordPress account with only the access required for the project. Avoid sharing your primary password. You can remove the temporary account after approving the completed work.
Will you work directly on my live website?
Minor low-risk changes may be completed on the live website after confirming a backup. For redesigns, plugin changes, or other higher-risk work, I prefer using a staging website whenever possible.
Are hosting, domain, themes, and paid plugins included?
No. Hosting, domain registration, premium themes, paid plugins, stock images, and third-party subscriptions are not included unless specifically stated in the package or custom offer. I can help you choose suitable options.
Will you provide the website content?
You should provide the final text, logo, images, and branding materials. I can upload and format your content. Copywriting, logo design, and custom image creation can be discussed separately before ordering.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes. The website will be designed to work across common desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes. I will also perform reasonable browser and responsive-layout testing before delivery.
Do you guarantee a specific website speed score?
I will apply appropriate performance improvements based on the selected package. However, an exact score cannot be guaranteed because speed also depends on hosting, themes, plugins, scripts, content, and third-party services.
