I join your team as a Forward Deployed Engineer. I work in YOUR AWS and GitHub accounts, implement what you need, and leave you with a stack your team can run.

This is not a generic I set up a server gig. I map your current setup, agree a scope, implement in your environment, and document it.

Typical work:

Terraform for VPC, IAM, ECS/Fargate, RDS, VPN, WAF

GitHub Actions: staging then production

Docker, Linux, Nginx, Cloudflare DNS

Staging that matches production

Cost and access review (least-privilege IAM)

Written handover: architecture, how to deploy, how to roll back

You provide:

AWS account (or IAM user/role with agreed permissions)

GitHub repo access

What is in production today and what done means

You get:

Work in your account (you keep the infrastructure)

Daily or agreed check-ins

Handover doc at the end

Not included unless we agree in extras: 24/7 on-call, rewriting your application code, migrating a whole company in one week.
