The team completed the order and tested the app, finding a fair few bugs. However, many of them weren't actually bugs and there were a few duplicates in the report (rows identifying the same issue). However, they were helpful in testing the app and finding issues I wasn't aware off.

I hired five other UX testers for my site, and out of the total of six people testing their feedback was the most detailed comprehensive and useful. I plan on using this service again once the suggested from them are implemented.
