During project delivery, I contribute to planning, backlog prioritisation, sprint refinement, testing, user acceptance testing, change management, and post-implementation reviews. I help define success measures and monitor whether expected benefits are achieved. My achievements include successfully delivering complex business change and technology initiatives within agreed scope and timelines.
