I cannot say enough good things about Naya L! She did an amazing job formatting my book and went above and beyond by guiding me, offering me options and professional suggestions that helped the look of my book tremendously. She is also very courteous, prompt and sooooo easy and nice to work with! I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

Once again, Naya did a great job, this time involving several iterations to make small changes that she was completely co-operative with. Despite the face this was a small order, she put her heart and soul into it. A great experience to work with her.

Naya was excellent. Delivered on time, very attentive to details, and the final files were polished and professional. Communication was clear, language was fluent. She captured the tone of my book beautifully. Highly recommend for anyone who needs careful, high-quality editing and formatting.
