Designed and developed NestFinds, a full scale real estate marketplace built entirely on Bubble.io, connecting property buyers, sellers, agents, and renters through a single, scalable no code platform. Key achievements: Architected a complex relational database structure in Bubble.io to manage property listings, agent profiles, user roles, saved searches, and transaction history, ensuring data integrity and fast query performance across thousands of records. Built dynamic, responsive UI using Bubble's responsive engine, delivering a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices without writing custom CSS. Developed advanced search and filter functionality using repeating groups, custom states, and conditional workflows, allowing users to filter properties by location, price range, property type, and amenities in real time. Implemented secure user authentication and role based privacy rules (buyers, sellers, agents, admins) to control data visibility and protect sensitive user information. Integrated third party APIs including Google Maps API for geolocation and property mapping, Stripe API for secure payment processing and agent subscription billing, and Mailgun/SendGrid for automated email notifications. Built custom workflows for lead generation, appointment scheduling, and agent to client messaging, reducing manual admin work and improving user engagement. Optimized app performance by refining workflows, reducing unnecessary database calls, and improving page load speed for a smoother user experience at scale.
