great communication, flexible as well, seemed to be a bit of misunderstanding at first and delayed delivery but she put the effort in to make ends meet overall

The delivery came as screenshots with no account names, no recipient details and no timestamps, so there was no way to verify that any of the work was actually carried out. I asked directly for that information and was refused. Fiverr support requested the same thing on my behalf twice and received no response. The order was cancelled and refunded.

I had worked with this freelancer several times before and always had a good experience, which is why I chose to work with them again. Unfortunately, this order was a complete disappointment. I specifically requested that the work follow strict guidelines, but those instructions were repeatedly ignored.... Tout afficher

Good job, she did what I asked for while respecting the deadlines

Always great work! I would highly recommend.
