2 out of the 3 songs I paid for promotion for from this seller were removed from Spotify due to artificial/bot plays. This greatly affected my relationship with festivals who used my Spotify as reference for booking. When I notified the seller of this issue, nothing was done to rectify the issue. I was extremely underwhelmed with the result of my purchase.

Bots and lack of communication. My streams were removed within 24hrs after the promotion was finished by Spotify. I had 4.5 k streams on the song then back to 3k. My back office showed a Spike on the same period of promotion the promoter also sent my song to Turkey, when he adverts for USA. I produced evidence to show the admins I received a chargeback.
