Yes, I can docker your application or can build jar which you can deploy or i will deploy in the given server or aws service.
Can you develop full application backend with deployments?
Yes, java very popular on this, both mobile and web applications can use. I am following Microservice based architecture and I can use terraform or AWS SDK for the infastructure creation to deploy the services.
How can we test an API? How do you get API documentation ?
You can use the postman and open api gives the api documentation.
