The art was excellent, they are very understanding and asks many questions to make sure you get exactly what you want. The site itself is a little misleading since the premium doesn't including rigging if you only pay 100 for it, but that's okay since they are willing to cooperate and help come to an additional price for a full rigged model. Overall 10/10!
