What you'll get:

What I need from you:
Send me your original document and let me know which areas should be fillable. You can describe them or mark them on a screenshot.
A few things to know:
This service is for digitally created documents. Scanned files, dropdown menus, calculations, digital signatures, additional pages, and redesigns aren't included.
I test forms using desktop Adobe Acrobat Reader. Some browser and mobile viewers handle interactive forms differently.

What do you need from me to get started?
Your original PDF and a description of which areas should be fillable. A screenshot with the fields marked is perfectly fine.
Will the form work on my phone or in a web browser?
I test forms in desktop Adobe Acrobat Reader. Some mobile and browser PDF viewers behave differently, so I can't guarantee full compatibility with every application.
Can you convert a scanned or photographed document?
Not with this package. It is intended for existing digitally generated PDFs with selectable text. If you're unsure, send me the file before ordering.
Can you add calculations, dropdowns, or digital signatures?
These aren't included in this package. The current service covers up to eight text fields or checkboxes on one page.
