What do I need to send you to get started?
Send your sketches, a rough layout, or inspiration photos, plus your lot size, location, and the square footage you want. If you have a survey or an existing PDF plan, include that too.
Are the drawings accepted for permits?
The drawings are prepared to be permit-ready, but requirements vary by city and county. Please share your location before ordering so I can match the drawings to your local submission needs.
Do you provide a licensed engineer or architect stamp?
I do not provide a stamp. Some jurisdictions require one, so check with your local building department. You can take my drawings to a licensed professional in your area for review and stamping.
Can I get the AutoCAD or Revit source files?
Yes. Source files in DWG or RVT format are available, and PDF copies are included with every delivery. Source files may be offered as an add-on, depending on the package you choose.
