I’m Olabi, a drone CAD and UAV product designer focused on building practical designs around real engineering requirements. I develop FPV frames, UAV structures, drone parts, enclosures, payload mounts, camera housings and custom mechanical assemblies. I work with SolidWorks and Fusion 360, paying close attention to component fit, mounting points, weight, clearances, 3D printing and manufacturing. I work on the mechanical side of drone and UAV development, helping clients turn concepts, references and existing designs into usable CAD models. My projects involve FPV frames, UAV airframes, drone enclosures, camera and sensor mounts, payload systems, landing gear, structural components and custom drone parts. I study the dimensions, electronics, mounting requirements and intended manufacturing method before developing the CAD. I build assemblies with practical attention to fit, clearances, fastener locations, component access and weight. For 3D printed parts, I account for wall thickness, support requirements and print orientation. For CNC or composite parts, I design around the manufacturing process and required interfaces. I deliver organized STEP, STL and native CAD files that clients can use for prototyping, revisions, fabrication and further engineering development.
